Delete your account and data

Last updated: 1 October 2026

This page explains how to delete your TuitionFlow account and the class records stored with it. It applies to TuitionFlow, published by HeloCode Labs under the package name io.helocode.tuitionflow.

01Requesting deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my TuitionFlow account, and include the mobile number or Google email address you sign in with, so we can find the right account.

To protect your students’ records from a false request, we may ask you to confirm from that number or address before we act. We will reply when it is done. We aim to act within seven days and will not take longer than thirty.

02Deleting only some records

You don’t need to delete your whole account to remove something. Tell us in your email which students, classes or records you want removed, and we will delete just those.

03What is deleted

  • Your account: the sign-in record, including your phone number or Google email address.
  • Your profile and classes.
  • All student and guardian records you entered, including attendance, fees, receipts issued and reminder history.
  • QR check-in links for your classes.

Payment slips, PDF receipts and any offline queue live only on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them.

04What is kept, and for how long

  • Your email to us is kept for up to ninety days after we have acted on it, as a record of the request, and is then deleted.
  • Receipts and messages you already shared — PDFs sent to a parent, or WhatsApp messages — are in the recipients’ hands and outside our control.

We keep no copies of deleted records. See the privacy policy for the full account of what the app collects.

05Parents and guardians

If your child’s tutor uses TuitionFlow and you want their information removed, ask the tutor first. If that isn’t possible, write to us with the tutor’s name and your phone number, and we will work with the tutor to resolve it.
